Part-Time Contracted Executive Director (with pathway to part-time employment and potential full-time leadership growth)

Ribbons of C.A.R.E. is seeking a mission-driven Executive Director with strong fundraising, donor development, and community partnership skills to help lead and grow our nonprofit organization supporting caregivers, families, and individuals navigating disability, illness, and caregiving challenges.

The ideal candidate is passionate about community impact, confident in relationship-building and fundraising, and excited to help strengthen the long-term sustainability and growth of a grassroots nonprofit organization.

About Ribbons of C.A.R.E.:

Ribbons of C.A.R.E. was ignited by the passion and personal journey of our founder, Alecia Fegley, following her firsthand experience battling cancer at just 28 years old. During her treatment, she faced a critical gap in support—especially the lack of reliable childcare options that would allow patients to attend appointments and focus on their healthcare needs without added stress.

That experience became the foundation for our mission today.
